Receive the feed once. Check its health. Decide where it goes.
Core tools are included at no extra cost. Pay only for needed video modules.
The dashboard, media management, internal disk and connected storage controls, domains and SSL, cluster management, and configuration migration are included at no extra cost. A paid license starts with one video module. Add only the capacity your workflow actually needs for inputs, output and transcoding jobs, recording, Multiview, failover, NDI, viewers, video calls, and API access.

SRT, RTMP or NDI
- SRT
- RTMP
- NDI
Multiview
Watch the feed on a browser-based operator wall.
Recording
Capture the live feed for review, archive, or reuse.
Restreaming
Keep social outputs supplied from one controlled source.
Web Player
Publish a viewer link or embed from the same workflow.
The same source can be monitored, recorded, restreamed, and published for browser playback without rebuilding ingest.
Choose where Callaba runs, then price the workload.
Run the same product on local Linux hardware, on a Linux server you control, or from AWS Marketplace for the hours you need it.
Local Linux in your network
Install Callaba on compatible hardware in your own environment. The same modular monthly license applies.
A Linux server you control
Use your own cloud or dedicated Linux server when host choice, network policy, storage, or runtime ownership matters.
Software by the running hour
Run Callaba on one selected C5 instance for a short event, a test, or a longer operating window. AWS infrastructure remains a separate charge.
Self-hosted monthly
Each selected module is priced as its own progressive unit group: $6 for units 1–20, $5 for 21–40, and $4 from 41 onward, per month.
AWS hourly software
Choose one C5 instance and the number of hours. The displayed software rate is separate from AWS compute, storage, bandwidth, and any other AWS charges.
The parts that let the operation stay manageable are included.
These controls are available without adding another licensing unit to the configuration below.
- Operational dashboard
- Recording and media management
- Internal disk and connected storage management
- Automated SSL management and free Let's Encrypt certificates
- Cluster management in the UI
- Configuration import, export, and migration
A video module is counted when it represents work in the deployment: ingest, output or transcoding, recording, viewers, video-call participants, Multiview, SRT recovery paths, NDI, or the self-hosted API unit. Callaba does not add a separate software-license rate for Mbps, GB, bitrate, or transferred data. Infrastructure, storage capacity, and provider traffic charges remain separate.
Add the modules that are active in your workflow.
One incoming stream is selected as a practical starting point. Change any value to match the work that will run at the same time.
Self-hosted tiers apply progressively within each module, not across unrelated modules.
Software cost and infrastructure cost are deliberately separate.
Module count is the self-hosted software model
It reflects the functional workload selected above. The progressive price is calculated separately for every module type, so one large group does not discount another.
AWS pricing is software per running instance-hour
The six C5 software rates are $0.38, $0.78, $1.58, $3.58, $6.35, and $8.76 per hour. The builder selects one planning size from direct streams, pass-through outputs, and recordings; keep heavier processing and AWS service charges in the infrastructure budget.
Callaba's license is not metered by bandwidth or storage
Callaba does not bill a separate software license rate by Mbps, GB, bitrate, or transfer. CDN, network egress, disks, object storage, and AWS usage are charged by their providers.
Questions before you choose a deployment
Does one stream mean one whole workflow?
No. One input can be monitored, recorded, and sent to several output tasks. Select each concurrent job that applies to the actual workflow.
Is AWS infrastructure included in the hourly number?
No. The AWS card shows the Callaba Marketplace software rate. EC2, EBS, data transfer, storage, and other AWS services are billed separately by AWS.
Why is API access different between deployment models?
API access is a separate unit in the self-hosted model. It is included in the AWS software model for the selected C5 instance.
Use the builder as a starting configuration, then verify it with your real signal path.
